Sushi Sam’s Edomata (San Meteo, CA) – Bay Area, CA

We waited here for 1 hour and finally got seated. This place is small and jam packed. Service needed improvement.

Honestly, none of the sushi we ordered impressed me. All were mediocre and I can easy find a better place.

Spider roll (soft shell crab roll) – 6 pcs roll, nothing special.

We ordered 2 pcs nigiri: scallops, tuna, salmon roe, eel, baby lobster, and ama-ebi (served with deep fried shell of the shrimp) – I am sorry, other than the ama-ebi, everything else was medicore.

Not worth the wait and the drive. Overpriced for what we got $47.00 (Exclude tips)
