Recipe Added 03/06/2014

Glutinous Rice Flour or Sweet Rice Flour – 1 Cup
Tapioca Flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Butter Melted – 3 tbsp
Milk – 70 ml
Egg – 1 egg
Parmesan Cheese Powder – 1/3 Cup
Shredded Parmesan Cheese – 1/3 Cup (you can use cheese of your choice, 1 time I used Cheddar Cheese)
1. Put all ingredient (except the cheese) in a bowl, mix together until dough is form. If too liquidity, add more flour as needed.
2. Add in all cheese, mix well.
3. Use your hand shape small balls.
4. Place on baking parchment paper.
5. Bake @ 300F  – 20-25mins.
