HOME COOKING 開心自家煮 – WEEK OF 07/01/14 – (BAY AREA)

Posting some of home cookings now. We usually cook during weekdays and out to eat on weekends 🙂

And yes, mostly Chinese meals 😛 … we love rice!

Pan fried tofu with minced meats, stir fried A-Chop, Soup from mother-in-law, and rice. (煎豆腐肉碎, 青炒A菜)

Steamed live tilapia, stir fried home grown veggies with pork, soup from mother in law and rice. (清蒸側魚, Home grown 黃瓜雪豆炒肉絲)

Home made drunken chicken (separate post added), stir fried napa cabbage, and rice. (自製紹興醉雞, 炒大白菜)

Sashimi from Mitsuwa – Uni, Ikura, Salmon, Hotoegai (Scallop), Ika (Squid), Miso Soup … super yummy! (自製日本料理, 從日本超市買自己切)
