We were in SF area visiting mother-in-law, decided to try this new dim sum place Tai Wu Restaurant in Millbrae. Parking can be a little tricky, we found a small sign showing Tai Wu Parking right next to Burger King (not Burger King, it’s the small lot right next to it).
We got there around 1:45pm, not knowing about the layout, we were sitting down stair. I would pick upstairs next time, more roomy. Place was about 70% around that time. Service was good and prompt. We were given dim sum sheet to order.
We ordered below items. I thought the dim sum are not bad, I wouldn’t mind coming back again.
Fried Bean Curd Skin Shrimp Roll 鮮蝦腐皮卷 , Dumpling in Soup 灌湯餃, Runny Yolk Steam Bun 流沙奶黄包 (fav!!)
Steam Spareribs 豉汁排骨, Beef Tripe with Ginger/Onion 薑蔥牛百葉, Steamed Taro Cake 蒸芋頭糕, Steamed Chicken Feet in Black Bean Sauce 豉汁鳳爪.
All for around $36.00 for 3 people. Small $2.80, Medium $3.60, Large $4.50.
