Sashimi from Mitsuwa – Ikura, Salmon, Hotoegai (Scallop), Ika (Squid), Miso Soup (自製日本料理, 從日本超市買自己切). Much more affordable than dining out 🙂

Steamed chicken with black mushroom 北菇蒸滑雞, lotus roots, peanuts with dried squid soup 蓮藕章魚花生豬骨湯, stir fry bok choy 清炒小白菜

Tomato beef 蕃茄炒牛肉, lotus roots, peanuts with dried squid soup 蓮藕章魚花生豬骨湯, Choy sum with oyster sauce 蠔油菜心

Stir fry A-Choy 青炒A菜, Taiwanese Style 3 Cup Squid 三杯魷魚 not as good as I wanted, next time need to adjust the ingredients 😛
