Lets start by posting some old stuff, my home cooking back in September 07, 2014. I will organize other dine out post later.
09/07 – Japanese Home Grill, we brought all ingredients from Japanese grocery and did a simple home grill. With home made citrus sauce. Yummy. Grill pork neck, grill pork slices, grill tiger prawn, grill shitaki mushroom, and home grown cucumber + tomato salad.
09/08 – Black Bean Sauce Clams 豉椒炒蜆, Steamed Live Tilapia 清蒸游水立魚, Stir Fry Bak Choy + Tofu Puffs 炒小白菜+豆腐卜, Pork Bone, dried scallop, mushroom soup 豬骨瑤柱冬菇湯.
09/09 – Stir Fry A Choy 青炒A菜, Taiwanese Style 3 Cup Chicken 三杯魷雞, Left over soup – Pork Bone, dried scallop, mushroom soup 豬骨瑤柱冬菇湯.
09/10 – Crispy Sesame Shrimp with home made sauce 芝麻蝦, Salty Egg with Bitter Melon 鹹蛋苦瓜, Left over soup – Pork Bone, dried scallop, mushroom soup 豬骨瑤柱冬菇湯.
09/11 – Simple Winter Melon Soup with Rice – 冬瓜粒湯泡飯
