AJISAN RAMEN – FREMONT, CA (BAY AREA)

I didn’t even know there is an Ajisan Ramen so close to home, place is small but full of locals.

We were here around 9pm, didn’t have to wait. They do have a clip board for names, assuming it gets pretty busy during dinner hours. Service was lack, waitress do not really check on you unless you ask.

Hubby’s favorite Fried Calamari – he loves any thing calamari. It was fried perfect, crispy light breading.

Premium Tender Ribs Ramen – the ribs was so tender, just falls apart. Soup was good, perfect balance of saltyness. Only thing was I prefer my noodles thicker and chewier. And I would like my egg to be soft boil. Overall, not bad.

Ajisan Ramen – hubby had the basic Ajisan Ramen, perfect serving size for him. For $7.95, not bad.

I prefect my noodles to be thicker and chewier, but every place does a little different.
